Regulatory Data Intern
Paid summer 2026 internship with GKS in Scranton, PA. Help build the regulatory database that powers our pharma intelligence platform. Full-time, in-office, June 1 – July 13.
About GKS
GKS builds regulatory intelligence software for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. Our platform, KeyPedia, tracks FDA inspections, compliance documents, and enforcement actions across 5+ global health authorities, so quality and compliance teams can spot risks before they become problems. We work with some of the largest names in pharma and we're growing fast.
Role Overview
Our platform is only as good as the data behind it. As a Regulatory Data Intern, you'll help build and maintain the database that powers GKS by entering, organizing, and quality-checking regulatory information. Source materials, things such as FDA inspection records and compliance documents, will be provided to you, and your job is to get that data into our system accurately and consistently.
No prior experience with regulatory data is needed; we'll provide structured training on our platform, data standards, and the types of records you'll be working with. You'll work alongside another Data Intern and receive ongoing mentorship from the COO.

- Pay: $12.50/hour

What You'll Do
Database & Records Management
- Pull regulatory and compliance information from source materials and load it into KeyPedia
- Follow classification guidelines to keep records consistent
- Hit daily and weekly targets without cutting corners on accuracy
Quality Assurance & Data Cleaning
- Review your records and your teammate's for errors, duplicates, and misclassifications
- Cross-check entries against original source documents
- Audit older records periodically to keep the database clean
