About Global Key Solutions (GKS)

Global Key Solutions (GKS) is building a modern regulatory intelligence platform for highly regulated industries, starting with life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Our goal is simple: make compliance easier, clearer, and more proactive by turning fragmented regulatory data into insights teams can actually use.

We’re an engineering-led team with deep domain expertise, and direct input from former FDA investigators, industry directors, and compliance leaders. As we move from early traction toward scale, we’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to take full ownership of our product direction and execution.

The Role

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will own the product end-to-end at GKS—from vision and strategy to day-to-day execution. This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, regulatory complexity, and technical delivery.

You’ll be responsible for shaping what we build, why we build it, and how it delivers real value to our users. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership to ensure our product is intuitive, trusted, and genuinely useful in high-stakes, regulated environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from ambiguity, talking to customers, and turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with GKS’s mission and business goals
• Build and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to differentiate GKS in the regulatory intelligence and compliance space

Customer & Market Understanding

• Develop a deep understanding of our users (Quality Managers, Compliance leaders, Regulatory teams)
• Lead customer discovery, user interviews, and feedback sessions
• Translate real customer pain points into clear product requirements

Execution & Delivery

• Own product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features
• Balance speed with accuracy, trust, and reliability in a regulated environment

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the bridge between engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations
• Support go-to-market efforts with clear product messaging, demos, and positioning
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy

Building for Scale

• Establish product processes, metrics, and best practices
• Ensure usability, data integrity, and consistency across the platform
• Help shape the future product organization as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of product management experience owning a B2B SaaS product
• Experience building products in complex or regulated environments
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction
• Comfort working closely with technical teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in compliance, regulatory intelligence, quality systems, or enterprise data products
• Startup or early-stage company experience
• Familiarity with life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or FDA-regulated industries
• Background in data-heavy products, search, or analytics platforms
