About the Role
The Global Key Solutions (GKS) Revenue & Growth team is responsible for building and executing the systems that power our go-to-market motion. We operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and product - translating outreach, market insight, and industry research into real customer engagement and revenue.
Our objective is leverage: better outreach, clearer messaging, cleaner data, and tighter feedback loops between customers and product. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful ownership early and enjoys turning ambiguity into execution.
What You’ll Do
Outreach & Go-To-Market Execution (40%)
- Own outbound outreach programs across email, LinkedIn, calls, and newsletters
- Build and manage prospect lists, cadences, and messaging strategies
- Execute mixed-channel campaigns (newsletter pushes, event follow-ups, ad-hoc outreach)
- Support inbound leads and conduct initial discovery conversations
- Manage outreach tooling and workflows (CRM, LinkedIn tools, campaign tracking)
Program, Content & Market Strategy Support (35%)
- Maintain and evolve GKS’s website and outreach messaging to reflect current positioning
- Coordinate webinars, whitepapers, and industry research with founders
- Support conference planning and execution (logistics, outreach, booth staffing, follow-ups)
- Translate customer and market insights into clear internal recommendations
- Identify gaps in outreach, content, or positioning and propose improvements
Execution, Data & Revenue Operations (25%)
- Track leads, conversations, and outcomes to maintain pipeline visibility
- Support structuring and validating external industry data for commercial use
- Partner with product and engineering to flag data quality issues and opportunities
- Define lightweight KPIs and reporting to measure outreach effectiveness
- Improve internal workflows as outreach volume and complexity scale
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in operations, business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with tools such as CRMs, spreadsheets, outreach platforms, and CMS tools
- Ability to operate independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B outreach or go-to-market roles
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (LinkedIn, CRM systems, analytics platforms)
- Comfort working with structured data (cleaning, organizing, validating)
- Experience supporting conferences, webinars, or industry events
- Interest in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or compliance
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
