How to Submit GKS Webinars for ASQ Recertification Units

Attending a GKS webinar can count toward your ASQ Recertification Units (RUs). Here is how to claim them in three steps.

Step 1: Register for a GKS Webinar

Sign up for upcoming webinars and events on our request a demo page, or follow GKS on LinkedIn where we announce all sessions.

Step 2: Document Your Attendance

You will need proof of attendance. Either option works:

• A) Take a screenshot or notes during the webinar
• B) Use the post-webinar confirmation email we send after the session

Step 3: Submit to Your ASQ Recertification Journal

Log in to your ASQ Recertification Journal, upload your proof of attendance with a brief description of the webinar topic, and submit for up to 0.1 RUs.

What are RUs?

RU stands for Recertification Unit. ASQ-certified professionals earn RUs to maintain their certifications (CQE, CQA, CSSGB, etc.). You can learn more on the ASQ Recertification page.

How does the webinar RU program work?

Per ASQ's webinar policy: webcasts or webinars that are approximately 60 minutes long and related to one of ASQ's bodies of knowledge can qualify for up to 0.1 RUs. Upload a screenshot of the video along with a brief description of the webinar topic to your individual recertification journal.
