Ann Leck, a grower in Maple Plain, MN, was cited for two observations related to the extralabel use of drugs in food-producing animals. The inspection revealed the administration of fenbendazole, a dewormer not approved for sheep, and this extralabel use resulted in drug residues above established safe levels in animals sent to slaughter.
