One company, Chongqing Zhengren Medical Device Co., Ltd., was advised to rectify deficiencies before resuming cosmetic production.By December 1, 2017, rectification reports were submitted, and most enterprises completed the required corrective actions. A few companies, such as Chongqing Shuman Cosmetics Co., Ltd., applied for production suspension, while Aiber Biotechnology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. sought deregistration.The CFDA mandated that district and county branches ensure prompt rectification, conduct follow-up inspections for sustained compliance, intensify oversight of suspended companies, perform regular and irregular inspections, conduct on-site inspections post-product registration, and enhance employee training to prevent future safety incidents.
