Specific issues involved operating a private warehouse for medicine storage, co-mingling prepared Chinese medicinal herbs with raw medicinal materials, and storing certain oral liquids (Gushengxue Oral Liquid and Ejiao Yishou Oral Liquid) within a medical device warehouse.

As a result of these serious findings, the Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration revoked Zhaoqing Ren'an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Good Supply Practice (GSP) Certificate for Pharmaceuticals. The Zhaoqing Municipal Bureau has been instructed to initiate a comprehensive investigation and subsequent prosecution of the company to address these regulatory breaches.
