FDA WARNING_LETTER - DrJockers.com, LLC - April 14, 2020

This FDA Warning Letter, dated April 21, 2020, addresses Dr. Jockers for selling unapproved and misbranded products related to COVID-19. The FDA and FTC reviewed www.drjockers.com on March 19 and April 14, 2020, and social media sites, observing the sale of Super C, Vitamin D/K2, Zinc Charge, and ImmunoStrong Berry Liquid. These products are marketed with claims to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure COVID-19, such as "Take Vitamin C," "Optimize Vitamin D & Zinc," and "Use ElderBerry & Astragalus."

The FDA determined these products are unapproved new drugs, violating section 505(a) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 355(a)), and misbranded drugs under section 502 (21 U.S.C. § 352). Their introduction into interstate commerce is prohibited by sections 301(a) and (d) (21 U.S.C. § 331(a) and (d)). The letter emphasizes the public health emergency declared for COVID-19.

Dr. Jockers is required to immediately cease selling these unapproved products and send an email to COVID-19-Task-Force-CFSAN@fda
