FDA WARNING_LETTER - Vapstor Distribution - March 17, 2020

On October 25, 2019, the FDA issued a Warning Letter to Gilles Rassant regarding e-liquid products sold on vapstor.fr/en/ to U.S. customers. The FDA determined these e-liquids are tobacco products under the FD&C Act.

This misbrands the products under sections 903(a)(7)(B), 903(a)(1), and/or 903(a)(7)(A) of the FD&C Act, as the advertising is false or misleading by omitting material
